1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the
WDACManager website and software services ("Services") operated by
WDACManager ("WDACManager", "we", "us", or "our").
By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these
Terms.
If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age and authorised to enter into
legally binding agreements on behalf of yourself or your organisation.
If you use the Services on behalf of an organisation, you warrant that
you have authority to bind that organisation to these Terms.
3. Services
WDACManager provides software and related services designed to assist
organisations in managing Windows Defender Application Control (WDAC)
policies and associated configurations.
We may modify, enhance, suspend, or discontinue features of the Services
at any time.
4. Accounts
To access certain Services, you may be required to create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Maintain confidentiality of login credentials
- Notify us of unauthorised use
- Accept responsibility for activity under your account
We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms.
5. Fees and Subscriptions
Where Services are provided on a subscription basis:
- Fees are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed
- All fees are in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless stated otherwise
- Fees are non-refundable except as required by law
- We may vary pricing upon renewal with reasonable notice
Failure to pay may result in suspension of Services.
6. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the Services, including software,
documentation, branding, and content, remain the property of WDACManager
Pty Ltd or its licensors.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to
use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You must not:
- Reverse engineer or decompile the software (except as permitted by
law) - Reproduce or distribute the software without permission
- Use the Services to develop competing products
7. Acceptable Use
You must not use the Services:
- In breach of any law or regulation
- To attempt unauthorised access to systems
- To interfere with the integrity or performance of the Services
- In a manner that compromises security
WDACManager reserves the right to suspend Services where misuse is
detected.
8. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for:
- Ensuring your systems are properly configured
- Backing up your data
- Testing policy changes before production deployment
- Compliance with applicable laws and internal governance
WDACManager provides tools to assist policy management but does not
assume responsibility for your security configuration decisions.
9. Warranties
To the extent permitted by law:
- The Services are provided "as is"
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- We do not warrant that the Services will meet all specific business
requirements
Nothing in these Terms excludes rights under the Australian Consumer Law
that cannot be excluded.
Where goods or services are supplied to consumers, our liability is
limited to:
- Resupply of services; or
- Payment of the cost of resupply
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, WDACManager is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of profits, revenue, or business opportunity
- Data loss or system misconfiguration
- Security incidents resulting from customer deployment decisions
Our total liability in connection with the Services is limited to the
amount paid by you for the Services in the preceding 12 months.
11. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify WDACManager against claims, damages, or losses
arising from:
- Your misuse of the Services
- Your breach of these Terms
- Your violation of applicable laws
12. Confidentiality
Each party agrees to keep confidential any non-public information
disclosed in connection with the Services, except where disclosure is
required by law.
13. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access where:
- You breach these Terms
- Fees remain unpaid
- Continued provision would be unlawful
You may terminate your subscription at any time, subject to any agreed
minimum term.
14. Privacy
Your use of the Services is subject to our Privacy Policy, available at:

15. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated versions will be published on our website with a revised "Last
updated" date.
Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
16. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia.
The parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of
Victoria.
